VERY GOOD:

Always a fast service they take their time to explain everything
I’m so grateful being a patient here

GOOD: It’s always nicer to speak with someone – a conversation usually resolves matters quicker than typing on a keyboard and awaiting a response.

POOR: When I want to use the online appointments there is always a problem logging on every time
